Pipette Calibration and Pipette Repair

  ISO/IEC 17025:2005 is an international accreditation standard specifically for testing and calibration laboratories. Calibration laboratories that meet ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standards demonstrate that they operate a management system, are technically competent, and are able to generate technically valid results. The acceptance of test and calibration results from ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited laboratories meet or exceed those of most other validation standards (i.e...ISO 9001:2000, CLIA).

 Pipette-Tek is ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited. All equipment is NIST traceable.

Update:

• 07/05/2006-Pipette-Tek submitted  its application for accreditation to ILAA for review.
• 07/19/2006-Pipette-Tek submits all requested documents ( Quality Manual, SOP, ect...) for review.
• 08/08/2006-Pipette-Tek submits additional documents requested by auditor.
• 09/28/2006-Pipette-Tek makes requested revisions to documents requested by auditor and resubmits.
• 10/23/2006-Pipette-Tek receives progress update on review of records and documents from auditor.
• 11/20/2006-Pipette-Tek receives its certificate of accreditation.
• 08/20/2008-Pipette-Tek submits paperwork for reaccredidation with CMA
• 09/10/2008-Pipette-Tek submits requested additional documents.
• 10/18/2008-Pipette-Tek receives its renewal of certification of accreditation
• 08/05/2010-Pipette-Tek submits paperwork to CMA for renewal of reaccredidation.
• 10/01/2010-Pipette-Tek receives its renewal of ISO 17025 accreditation
• 10/23/2021-Pipette-Tek receives its renewal of ISO 17025 accreditation

  Not all accrediting bodies recognize certification from all other accrediting bodies. It is strongly recommended that all labs check with their accrediting body before having any work preformed by Pipette-Tek to see if they accept our certification from our accrediting body.

Pipette-Tek makes no claims or guaranties that the labs ( clients ) accrediting body will or has to accept our certification. It is the sole responsibility of the lab ( client) to verify acceptance prier to having any worked preformed. Once work has been preformed there will be no refunds or discounts given in the event of certification not being accepted. The lab ( client) is reasonable for full payment.

Notice

If your labs accrediting body does not accept our accreditation we can provide full traceability ( NIST) on all equipment used to perform calibration. We can also provide a copy of our SOP that follows guidelines in ISO 8655 for pipette calibration.
