Calibration Certificate

Pipette-Tek Calibration Certificates strictly follow ISO 8655 guidelines and utilize the most comprehensive software in the industry, Ensuring our Calibration Certificates meet all ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and CLIA requirements and include the following:

• Laboratory Name, Department and Contact information
• Testing Laboratory information
• Pipette Type
• Pipette Identification Serial number
• Test Equipment Identification
• Laboratory Environmental conditions
• Standard Test is carried out according to (ISO 8655)
• Test Date
• Next Date Due( Date  time frame indicated by Client prior to test).
• 5 test readings at each of 3 test levels ( High, Middle, and low), If more test readings are required to meet the lab standards, Pipette-Tek must be notified prior to the test.
• Data Analysis of test results
• Pass or Fail of test indicated
• Test Operator  Identification and Signature

Each pipette tested also receives a sticker that includes Test Date, Next Service Due Date, Test Lab name and contact information, and Tech ID.

         All Equipment used in Pipette-Tek Calibration procedures are NIST traceable.
